"We recently had R&R come and laser level our Mazak Super Velocity Center. This is Mazak's longest mill and also the fastest they make. This machine is 34 feet long and has over 40 leveling feet and weighs in at 57000lbs. Our original plan was to level this ourselves with a small 8" precision machinist level. I think we would have spent months on this machine. Mazak originally told us it needs to be J hooked to the floor or it would bounce all over. A 57000lb bouncing machine...no thanks. It also runs on linear ways with magnetic motors and has to be properly leveled. This is where R&R helped us out tremendously. They came in with modern laser tracking equipment and made our months long leveling job a 1 day job. They took all the stress and strain off our staff and even gave us a print out of the job. They took great care in leveling our huge Mazak mill. They did the job fast, accurate and with fantastic acumen and accuracy. We have several large capacity machines in our facility. We have them scheduled to come back and check our own leveling jobs on our existing equipment. What a great asset to have these folks available. Thank you R&R for your service it is outstanding!"
