I am very pleased with the service R&R Machinery Movers provided to ECM Industries and glad I chose your company for our complete facility relocation project. Even with a few long days, inclement weather and toss in a Sunday move the team was very professional throughout. It was obvious that the communication between the team was excellent and safety was always top priority! They worked as a team and all were hands on during the moves. We recently had R&R come and laser level our Mazak Super Velocity Center. This is Mazak's longest mill and also the fastest they make. This machine is 34 feet long and has over 40 leveling feet and weighs in at 57000lbs. Our original plan was to level this ourselves with a small 8" precision machinist level. I think we would have spent months on this machine. Mazak originally told us it needs to be J hooked to the floor or it would bounce all over. A 57000lb bouncing machine...no thanks. It also runs on linear ways with magnetic motors and has to be properly leveled. This is where R&R helped us out tremendously. They came in with modern laser tracking equipment and made our months long leveling job a 1 day job. They took all the stress and strain off our staff and even gave us a print out of the job. They took great care in leveling our huge Mazak mill. They did the job fast, accurate and with fantastic acumen and accuracy. We have several large capacity machines in our facility. We have them scheduled to come back and check our own leveling jobs on our existing equipment. What a great asset to have these folks available. Thank you R&R for your service it is outstanding!

I would highly recommend R&R Machinery Moving for all your machine moving and installs. I have had R&R unload and install 9 machines in the last 4 years. Brian and his crews are always professional and the work is completed either on schedule or ahead of schedule. They are very adept at making adjustments to schedules as plans change with supply chain and delivery issues. They will be my first call for the next machine install.

R&R Machinery Moving is Hagel Machine's first choice for machinery moving and installation. We have been using R&R since 2016. R&R moved and installed a used mill for us in 2016 and they had to come back two weeks later because we returned the machine. The mill was terrible, but the service we received from R&R was awesome! In 2020, Hagel Machine relocated from East Bethel to St Michael MN and we needed someone to move our whole shop. R&R Machinery Moving is who we called because of the great service we received in 2016. Once again, R&R Machinery Moving supplied us with top notch service! Later in 2020, R&R Machinery Moving delivered a brand new mill for us and our machine salesman made an error with the dimensions of the machine and it would not fit in the space we had designated for it. The chip conveyor was right up against our bathroom door. Ugh. The R&R team was great! They worked with us so we could get the machine in the right spot and still be able to get into the bathroom! In 2022, Hagel Machine purchased a 5 Axis lathe and another lathe and R&R Machinery Moving was once again our first choice. Brian at R&R let us know that they were pretty booked for our requested time frame, but they squeezed us in and once again, R&R Machinery Moving delivered exceptional service.
